You can use your LightPFP license by switching users. This article covers the process, from how to switch the license to launching LightPFP Notebook.

Check the Number of LightPFP Licenses (*Admin Only)
This operation must be performed by an admin user.
You can check the number of licenses by clicking Details under Upgrade Options on the Dashboard > Users screen.
In the example below, the organization holds 29 licenses in total. 20 licenses have already been assigned to specific users, and 9 licenses are available to be assigned to unassigned users.

Assigning / Revoking LightPFP Licenses (*Admin Only)
This operation must be performed by an admin user.
On the Users screen, select the desired user and toggle the LightPFP checkbox to either enable (assign) or disable (revoke) the license. After making the change, click Update to apply the settings.
Troubleshooting
Cannot Enable (Grayed Out)
Cause: The number of available LightPFP licenses is insufficient. (This also applies if you do not have a LightPFP subscription/contract.)
Cannot Disable (Grayed Out)
Cause: The license cannot be disabled because LightPFP Notebook is currently running.
Action: Please ask the user in question to stop/shut down Matlantis.
Tips
Even while Notebook is running, you can enable or disable the LightPFP license, as long as LightPFP Notebook itself is not launched.
How to Launch LightPFP Notebook
This operation must be performed by a user who has been assigned a LightPFP license.
Once the license has been assigned, switch to LightPFP Notebook and click Start Application to launch it. If Matlantis is currently running, please stop it first by clicking Stop Application.
If LightPFP Notebook does not appear in the view, it means that the license has not been assigned to you. Please contact the user with admin privileges for assistance.
