User login status and information can be checked.
Clicking on each user displays the User Infromation screen, where the following operations are available.
- Can add/remove users
- Can change user status (Activate / Deactivate)
- Can switch Role (user/admin)
- Can switch Notebook spec (Notebook User / Light User)
- Can check log-in status
* "Users" is accessible only by users with admin privileges.

Delete and/or Deactive
This is done from the "Users"- User Information screen.
Difference between Delete and Deactivate:

Delete: Complete delete the user account, including ALL data. This will increase the number of available users by one.
#Note: Once a user account is deleted, it cannot be restored. - Deactivate: the user will not be able to log in. Data and environment will be maintained and the number of users will not change.
to Delete a user:
- Click Trash icon (upper right corner)
- The operation can be cancel by clicking "Restore Account" in User Information view, within this 30 days.
- On the other hand, "Delete Permanently" will delete the account immediately.
to Deactivate a user：
- Click the "Deactivate" button (bottom right corner)
- Start User Information again and click "Activate", to re-activate the account.
Switch Notebook spec. (Normal / Light) and Role (Admin / User)
This is done from the "Users" - User Information screen.

Change Notebook spec. (Light User / Notebook User):
Clicking the switch button next to “User Data” will display a Warning. Select "OK" to execute switching. Update (bottom center) can be reflected display.
- to switch Notebook User to Light User : "Convert to Light User"
* Note: Notebook environment including ALL data will be completely deleted after execution. Please save the data in advance.

Check the Warning message and click "OK" to execute the switchover.
# When executed, the number of available Notebook User will increase by one(+1) and the number of Light User will be consumed by one(-1).
- Switch to Light User to Notebook User: "Upgrade to Notebook User"
- Check the Warning message and click "OK" to execute the switchover.
# When executed, the number of available Light User will increase by one(+1) and the number of Notebook User will be consumed by one(-1).
Change the Service Role (Admin / User) :
Select a Role (admin/user) in the pull-down menu and click "Update" to execute.
