Dashboard
You can start and stop JupyterLab (Notebook) env.
- Notebook env. in stopped
Start the Notebook environment from "Start Application".
After starting, you will be redirected to the JupyterLab interface screen.
- Notebook env. is runnning
- "Stop Application": Stops the notebook environment.
- "Restart Application": It can be executed from the right ▼ of Stop Application and will restart the notebook environment. See also the next section for more information on restarting
- "Launch Application": Open the running notebook environment. Learn more about the Notebook environment (JupyterLab env.)

Dashboard - Advanced
You can perform detailed operations related to starting and stopping the JupyterLab (Notebook) environment.

“Force Stop Application”: Terminate all running applications in case you are unable to enter the JupyterLab environment. if it is no longer possible to enter the notebook environment,Used to force the program to stop before entering the notebook environment

“Start Application with Initial Layout”:
Start with the Launcher tab in case you are unable to enter the JupyterLab environment by because of the notebook trouble (i.e. too large data in the standard output.)

“Open Dialog to Clear Notebook Environment”:
Clear the notebook environment settings. (See top right dialog box for detail)- Python environment:
Delete the files related to Python environment. Any packages you manually installed will be removed. Furthermore, the virtual environment created with venv will also be deleted. So you may need to re-install the package. - Jupyter setting

- Background Job Status:
Delete execution history and temporary files background jobs. Dates for jobs have already been executed will not be deleted.

Users tab (for admin only)
User login status and information can be checked. For more information, please click here.
Clicking on each user displays the User Infromation screen, where the following operations are available.
- Can add/remove users
- Can change user status (Activate / Deactivate)
- Can switch Role (user/admin)
- Can switch Notebook spec (Notebook User / Light User)
- Can check log-in status

GroupDrive
- This is the shared drive of your tenant.
- Can also be accessed from a Notebook environment.
(Click here to learn more about the Notebook environment) - The storage capacity of the Group Drive depends on the contract.
- Additional storage space can be purchased if insufficient. (Please contact us Upgrade)

TeamDrive
- TeamDrive is a storage area that can only be shared with specific users.
- Carve out and allocate the remaining space in the GroupDrive.
- It is not possible to remove the disk allocation for the Group Drive.
- eg: Group drive with 500 GiB capacity
- TeamDrive1: 200 GiB
- TeamDrive2: 200 GiB
- GroupDrive: 100GiB
- Admin users can create Team Drives (set storage capacity and invite users who can access them)
- After installation, you can use it in the same way as GroupDrive.
How to create a new team:
- Start creating a new Team Drive by clicking on the '+' button.
- Enter the name of the Team Drive and click 'Create'.
- The settings screen for the created Team Drive will be displayed.
- Set the storage capacity
- Select members from the users in the tenant who can access this Team Drive, and invite them to this shared drive.

When the configuration is complete, the name of the TeamDrive set in the GroupDrive will be displayed. The same settings can also be used from the Notebook environment.
Load Status
- The same as the PFP load Status in the Notebook env. is displayed.

Secondary Email Addresses

Notifications
You can configure the email address for each notification- Announcements: Important reports including incident or system trouble.(Cannot be turned off)
- Release Notes:Summary of new release items. User can choose to opt out.
- Background Jobs: Notification when a background job ends. User can choose to opt out. (default: "Not set")

Log out
- Log out is unfnecessary
- To end your work, just simply close the tab or the browser.
- This will not shutdown running jobs!
Matlantis shutdown conditions
The notebook environment will be shut down automatically if any of the following 3 conditions are met:
# For security reasons, we ask for your cooperation in systematically restarting Matlantis yourself, rather than automatically shutting it down after meeting shutdown conditions.

- Notebook environment has been running for 60 consecutive days
- There is no browser access for over 30 days
- Also, if all of the following 3 conditions are met:
- No access from browser for over 90 minutes
- All kernels are idle for over 90 minutes
- The processes python, lmp_serial, lmp, and lmp_mpi do not exist (aside from the notebook and kernel)
